1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Socal Poop Scoop LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide pet waste removal services including weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, and commercial/HOA cleanups, as well as related add-ons such as deodorizer treatments and yard sanitizing throughout South Orange County, California.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to service areas (e.g., unlocked gates, secured pets) on scheduled service days. Missed visits due to inaccessibility are not refundable.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are billed according to the chosen plan. Recurring services may be billed in advance. Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel recurring services at any time with reasonable notice. Refunds for prepaid unused visits will be issued upon request.

6. Pet Safety

You agree to disclose any aggressive or dangerous pets prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Liability

While we are fully insured and operate with care, we are not liable for pre-existing yard conditions, landscaping issues, or damages beyond our reasonable control.

8. SMS Alerts & Consent

Socal Poop Scoop LLC sends SMS messages exclusively to customers who have opted in to receive communications, including appointment reminders, service confirmations, updates, and occasional promotional offers.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP." Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

Help Instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or reach out directly to help@socalpoopscoopllc.com.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
